Temporary Account Freeze

If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorized party, contact 1toto support via live chat to freeze your account immediately. Freeze requests will be processed within 15 minutes.

All financial transactions on the 1toto platform are subject to the following policies. We process deposits and withdrawals via supported payment methods including local bank transfers, FPX, and approved e-wallets.

Deposit

• The outcome of all games is final and cannot be disputed once a round has ended

• Bets placed during technical disruptions or disconnections will be settled based on data recorded by our servers.

In the event of a technical failure or software bug that results in an incorrect game outcome, 1toto reserves the right to void the affected round and return the original bet amount to the players involved.

The following is a list of strictly prohibited conduct on the 1toto platform. Violation of any of the items below may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances:

Closure by 1toto

• Violation of any provision in these Terms
• Failed or incomplete identity verification or KYC within the stipulated timeframe.
• Suspected fraud, collusion, or money laundering activity
• Request from a competent legal authority.

Voluntary Closure by Player

You may close your account at any time by contacting the 1toto support team via live chat. Prior to closure, any eligible balance will be processed for withdrawal subject to applicable terms.
